Our Staff- Educated, Experienced, Driven
The quality of our staff makes it possible for us to provide excellent, comprehensive support to our customers. Our secret? The right balance of work experience, education, and personality.
Every member of our staff started on the shop floor. We understand how industry works, from grass roots operations to senior management. Every member of the staff is a hands-on "do-er." There are no theoreticians here, just people with a real-world record of developing products, implementing production and management processes, and creating success. At the same time, we appreciate the value and the absolute necessity of keeping up with state-of-the-art innovations and knowledge. At any time, a large percentage of our staff is in school, on their own time, learning and improving skills to better serve you. Our people are self-motivated, well-trained, aggressive achievers. We get things done. But more importantly, we get things done right!
Internally we can handle your rapid prototyping and low volume production needs in our 10,500- ft2 office, laboratory and light manufacturing space. This space houses the engineering and administrative staff and also includes a light manufacturing and assembly area for electronic, mechanical and electro-mechanical systems. We maintain a full machine shop, welding shop, sheet metal shop, electronics shop, assembly & test area and have immediate access to FDM/SLA rapid prototyping and CNC machining through our engineering partners.
